By accessing and using LOLA, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use LOLA.
To use LOLA, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information and to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
LOLA offers subscription plans on a monthly or annual basis. You authorize us to charge your payment method for the selected plan. Billing occurs at the beginning of each billing period. You may cancel your subscription at any time, and cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period.
You agree not to use LOLA for unlawful purposes, including:
LOLA and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by LOLA AI, its licensors, and content providers and are protected by international copyright and other intellectual property laws.
Your use of LOLA is governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for compliance with applicable data protection laws.
LOLA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that LOLA will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. Your use is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LOLA AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of data, arising out of your use of LOLA.
We may terminate your account and access to LOLA if you violate these terms or for any reason with 30 days' notice. Upon termination, your right to use LOLA ceases immediately.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
